ASSOCIATE
Emma was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2008.
A graduate of the University of Western Australia, Emma worked as a paralegal for 8 years prior to becoming a solicitor.
Emma worked in commercial law initially and transitioned into Family Law in 2010 after working as a volunteer at Redfern Legal Centre where she discovered a strong interest and desire to practice exclusively in Family Law.
After taking a period of leave to have a family, Emma joined Milevski Family Lawyers in 2015.
Emma has successfully represented clients in all areas of Family Law including Property matters, Divorce Applications and Financial Agreements. Emma is also experienced in complex Parenting matters including Relocation, Adoption and matters involving sensitive parenting issues.
Emma is a member of the NSW Law Society, the Women Lawyers Association of NSW and the NSW Young Lawyers.
